Our team brings together experienced, compassionate counsellors across our Guelph and Mississauga clinics, each registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers (OCSWSSW), and supported by ongoing supervision and continued training. Backgrounds, styles, and specialties vary intentionally — different people need different things, and we want you to find someone who feels right for you.

Why Our Expertise Is Trusted by Major Media
Choosing a therapist can feel like a lot, especially when you're already carrying something heavy. Here are a few simple things to look for as you read through our team:
- Their voice — Does the way they describe themselves feel approachable? Clinical doesn't have to mean cold.
- Their focus areas — Have they worked with concerns like yours? Most of our team works across several areas, but each has particular strengths — anxiety, relationships, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity.
- Their approach — Some lean cognitive (CBT, ACT). Others are more relational, emotion-focused, or trauma-informed. You don't need to understand every modality. Notice what sounds like what you'd want.
- Their availability — Some of our team see clients in Guelph, others in Mississauga, and most also offer secure online sessions. Find someone whose schedule and location work with your life.
About Our Designations
You'll see different titles on each profile — Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying (RP-Q), and Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). All are fully qualified to provide therapy in Ontario and bound by the same ethical and confidentiality standards. RP-Q practitioners are completing their supervised practice hours before full CRPO registration — they often offer more flexible scheduling and more accessible session fees while bringing the same depth of training.
