Our Guelph clinics are easy to find — one on Harvard Road in the south end, and one on Gordon Street closer to central Guelph. Both have on-site parking and welcoming, quiet spaces designed to put you at ease. Our Mississauga office on Minnesota Court is well-suited for clients across Peel and the western GTA, with flexible appointment times that work around busy commutes.

Online Therapy Across Canada
If getting to a physical office isn't realistic — because of work, childcare, distance, or simply preference — secure online therapy is available across Canada. Many of our clients find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own space. The work is just as effective as in-person counselling, and you can always switch between formats as your needs change.
