Counselling, Shaped Around You
There's no single way to do therapy. Some people want a quiet hour to themselves. Others come in as a couple, hoping to reconnect. Some bring their teen, or sit with their whole family. And some prefer to log in from home, in their own space, without the commute.
We offer four core counselling services across our Guelph and Mississauga clinics, and through secure online sessions available across Canada. Each one is built on the same foundation — confidential, non-judgmental, evidence-informed care — but the format flexes to match what's actually going on in your life.
Take a look at the options below. If you're not sure which one fits, that's completely normal. We'll help you figure it out.
How to Choose the Right Service
If you're weighing which type of counselling makes sense, here are some starting points:
- Individual Counselling — for the personal stuff. Anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, processing the past, building the future.
- Couples Counselling — for partners working on communication, conflict, intimacy, or simply rebuilding connection after a hard chapter.
- Teen & Family Counselling — for younger clients (often ng-in-guelph-serviwith parental involvement) and for navigating dynamics that play out across the whole household.
- Online Therapy — for anyone who'd rather meet from home, whether for convenience, privacy, distance, or comfort. Just as effective as in-person counselling for most concerns.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
It's one of the most common questions we hear: "What kind of therapy do I actually need?" The honest answer is — you don't need to know yet. A short conversation with our team is usually enough to point you in the right direction.
You might find that what looked like an individual issue is showing up in your relationship. Or that a teen's anxiety is connected to dynamics worth exploring as a family. Therapy often unfolds in ways that aren't obvious from the outside, and we'll meet you wherever you are in that process.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
You can meet our team of counsellors, view our fees, or book a session directly when you're ready. There's no pressure to have it all figured out beforehand.
Whatever brought you here, we're glad you're considering this step.
