In a typical session, which lasts about 50 minutes, you’ll discuss your current issues and feelings with your therapist. The therapist may guide the conversation and provide tools and techniques to help manage your concerns. Each session is unique because it depends on the therapist’s approach, the client’s needs, and the issues being addressed.

The cost of therapy can vary greatly depending on the experience of your therapist and the type of session/ individual or couples. At Trickett Psychotherapy and Trickett Counselling, sessions start as low as $120 dollars if sessions are handled by a under supervision student or intern; $160 by a registered psychotherapist and $170 if you wish to be treated directly by the practice director, RP Marinela Trickett.
